    Digital Project Manager

    5W is seeking a Digital Project Manager who will take responsibility for assignments, ensuring completion on-time with on-budget deliverables, against agreed client objectives. This individual will be able to ensure that we deliver high-quality work and a high level of service to our clients, working closely with project team members to facilitate strong communication.

    Here's what we need:

    • Conduct meticulous scoping, planning, costing and timing of projects
    • Oversee the entire execution process, ensuring effective team communication and collaboration
    • Evaluate and improve delivery practices and techniques
    • Ensure aims of the project together with quality standards are met
    • Utilize software and systems to keep track of people and progress
    • Ensure a collaborative team approach for our clients

    Here's what you'll be doing:

    • Confidently address business needs, manage resources and any issues to successfully navigate and deliver all aspects of the campaign
    • Monitor daily activities of project teams and ensure work is progressing against the agreed timeline
    • Identify needs or issues that could arise for our clients and ensure solutions are created
    • Create client recaps and updates for each completed or in-progress project

    Here's what you have:

    • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing and interactive technology platforms, mobile application, and website development
    • Knowledge of large platform level website builds, social media campaigns, or experiential engagements
    • Excellent organization and management skills, conscientious and adept in solving issues at all levels of a project
    • Ability to inspire, support and understand the interplay between people, processes and systems
    • Sharp attention to detail and analytic ability
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
