    5W is seeking an Office and Mailroom Administrator to join our growing Operations team in our vibrant and expanding office in the heart of midtown Manhattan. This individual will be responsible for coordinating daily mailroom operations and serve as support to the Operations staff, including reception.

    Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Responsible for the handling, sorting and routing of USPS, UPS and FedEx mail
  • Package and process all outgoing client product
  • Log and deliver incoming overnight packages within established time frames
  • Provide quality control on daily work performed
  • Ensure storage rooms and product areas are maintained
  • Work with office staff to ensure inventory control is maintained for client products
  • On occasion will be agency messenger
  • Maintain the look and function of the office
