Verzasca Group, a South Florida-based residential and commercial real estate firm led by former NHL star Darius Kasparaitis alongside finance and real estate professional Tim Lobanov, called on 5WPR to raise the profile of the company and its executives - establishing a brand to support sales, financing and development efforts.

Strategy

5W's first task was to announce the formation of Verzasca in tandem with its two capstone projects - Pearl House and Le Jardin in the Bay Harbor Islands neighborhood of Miami. Once we put that stake in the ground, we presented Verzasca's executives to tell a new story around Bay Harbor Islands - the resurgence of the neighborhood, its quality of life and the affordability of luxury living - simultaneously raising their executive profiles and generating interest in the neighborhood. Both buildings were 50% sold within the first several weeks of the 5WPR campaign.

With the foundation set, we began incorporating new elements to our campaign including a promotion for a free, one-year subscription to the world's premier jet-sharing startup, JetSmarter, with the purchase of a condo. We have also secured speaking opportunities for company executives at real estate finance conferences to reach an investor audience and augment Verzasca's development pipeline.

The ongoing PR campaign has driven sales for Verzasca's three development projects and significantly increased deal flow for the company.
