Background: Kamson Corp is among the largest residential real estate development and management firms in New Jersey, with interest in Delaware and Pennsylvania as well. Recently, Kamson formed a separate corporation called FE Alpine and purchased the residential estate of the late Henry Clay Frick in Alpine New Jersey at the time, the largest single residential purchase in the U.S. for a sum of $60 Million. Richard Kurtz, CEO, set out to subdivide the property into at least one dozen smaller estates and market the property to an exclusive audience in only high profile publications.

Results: In the six month period that followed, the Frick Estate and its plans for development was featured in the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, The Financial Times, the New York Post, 201 Magazine, The Bergen Record, Forbes, among others. Within a short span, 5WPR had targeted and secured the media FE Alpine was seeking to help market, generate permits and local approvals and generate luxury market awareness.
