Founded in 2001, GoHealth is the nation's leading online exchange for individuals and families to shop for health insurance. It has helped more than 30 million consumers compare and shop for health care coverage. Working with 300 health insurance companies, GoHealth enables consumers to easily compare and select from a variety of brand-name health plans. GoHealth also provides plan recommendations and enrollment support through licensed insurance advisors at no cost to consumers. In 2013, the GoHealth Marketplace became the first private exchange to enroll consumers in subsidized health insurance under the Affordable Care Act.

GoHealth hired 5W Public Relations to create and execute an effective public relations strategy to build brand credibility and position GoHealth as the preferred health insurance resource. With the signing of the Affordable Care Act in 2010, and 2014 being the first year for required health coverage, 5W was tasked with driving awareness of GoHealth's platforms, licensed insurance advisors and additional services to help Americans through the registration process. 5W was also tasked with leveraging GoHealth's executive team as spokespeople for the brand across all media platforms with a heavy focus on consumer education, health insurance advice, tax preparation and other timely and breaking industry news.
