What it means
Culture Communications
Culture communications is the ongoing work of articulating, reinforcing, and living an organization's values and identity through internal messaging, rituals, recognition, and storytelling. It's how abstract values become felt behavior — how a company's stated culture and its actual culture converge (or don't). Strong culture communications aligns a workforce, guides decisions, and becomes a retention and employer-brand asset; when messaging and reality diverge, employees notice, and cynicism sets in.
