For starters, we keep summer hours, closing early every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day, so employees can get a jumpstart on their weekend. 5W's annual Summer Party has the entire team hitting a local hot spot for conversing with colleagues, hanging out and, dare we say, dancing the night away. Summer at 5W also stirs up our annual Cocktail Competition, where 5W teams get together to create a stellar cocktail. After all, we've got to keep those creative juices flowing all year-round.

 
 

Every month we offer "Broke Day Breakfast," where you can nosh on bagels and various spreads, and "Broke Day Lunch," in which employees sink their teeth into Chinese or Mexican foods or any number of multiple dining options we have within a two-block radius of our Park Avenue office.
