5WPR recently had the opportunity to attend VISION25, a major event hosted by our client WorkForce Software, following their recent acquisition by ADP. The gathering brought together thought leaders and industry experts to highlight how the partnership between these companies is creating new value in the evolving world of HR Tech

5W’s Corporate Communications and Technology PR teams are always eager to explore how innovation shapes the employee experience and how businesses can better communicate these shifts both internally and externally.

Unlocking Value Through Integration

One of the main themes of the event was the increased value that WorkForce Software and ADP are delivering through integrated solutions. With WorkForce Software now part of ADP, customers can expect greater integration in workforce management tools and services that support today’s complex, global employment models.

This is especially important for companies managing a high volume of deskless or frontline workers, who often require mobile-first, real-time solutions to stay connected and productive. These employees, frequently overlooked in digital transformation strategies, are being prioritized by WorkForce Software in product development and design.

Manufacturing Roundtable: Tech Adoption in the Field

A key session during the event was the industry roundtable for the manufacturing sector, hosted by HR Path. This conversation focused on how businesses are encouraging technology adoption among field-based and non-tech-savvy employees. Attendees discussed the importance of intuitive user interfaces and smart communications tools that reduce friction in day-to-day workflows.

Best practices were shared on how to use WorkForce Software to tackle challenges such as labor shortages, complex scheduling needs, and compliance requirements. Leaders from the manufacturing space emphasized that workforce technology must be accessible to all ”workforces within the workforce”, not just office-based teams, if companies want to remain competitive.

AI Innovation and the Future of HR Tech

One of the most forward-looking discussions came during the main stage product innovation session, led by Nicole Neumarker, Chief Operating Officer at WorkForce Software. Neumarker presented cutting-edge use cases for artificial intelligence within the HR Tech space.

She provided a glimpse at innovative solutions such as AI-powered chat tools that allow employees to clock in and out using natural language, highlighting a shift toward smarter, more seamless workforce interactions. These innovations are reshaping how frontline and shift-based workers engage with company systems, improving both efficiency and job satisfaction.

A PR Perspective on Employee-Focused Innovation

From a PR and Tech Marketing standpoint, these advancements represent an opportunity to tell the story of how modern organizations invest in their people. The renewed focus on deskless workers speaks to a broader industry trend: designing technology not just for users in leadership or back-office roles, but for the real-world users in the field or on the front lines, who keep operations running day-to-day.

These are the kinds of narratives that build brand trust, employee loyalty, and customer confidence, particularly when supported by thoughtful Digital PR strategies and integrated communications planning.

Looking Ahead

With WorkForce Software and ADP leading the way, we’re seeing a strong push toward more human-centric, tech-enabled workforce tools that are built to scale across complex global environments. It’s a pivotal time for the future of work, and we’re proud to support clients who are innovating with purpose.

5WPR will continue to stay at the forefront of these conversations, helping brands in HR Tech and beyond translate technical advancements into meaningful engagement.
