Newport Academy, leading nationwide healing centers for adolescents and families struggling with mental health issues, eating disorders, and substance abuse, engaged 5W Public Relations with building awareness for the company through a strategic public relations campaign surrounding partnerships, announcements, events, and proactive and reactive media outreach.

5W was challenged with the goals of enhancing awareness for Newport Academy and their holistic programs that encompass clinical therapy, academic support, and experiential practices for struggling and troubled adolescents.

Additionally, 5W was tasked to position the facility's mental health and addiction specialists as go-to experts in their respective markets, and built the profile of Newport Academy's founder and CEO, Jamison Monroe Jr.

5W leveraged the unique characteristics of Newport Academy and its assets through an aggressive media relations campaign that positioned Jamison Monroe Jr. and Newport Academy's treatment programs on a national scale, as well as, healthcare, wellness, and legislative media.

Additionally, 5W also leveraged Newport Academy alumni, who successfully completed the treatment program, and coached them through media opportunities to tell their stories of success and triumph as a result of entering the treatment facility.
