Kim Capogna is the Vice President of Talent at 5W Public Relations. Kim leads all talent acquisition planning and strategy for 5W, supporting the unprecedented growth of the agency across divisions including Health & Wellness, Lifestyle, Entertainment, Travel & Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Home & Housewares, Beauty, Corporate, and B2B & B2C Technology.
Prior to her leadership role on our talent team, Kim was the Chief of Staff to the CEO, where she worked directly with senior leaders to provide strategic counsel within the organization. Since joining 5W in 2010, Kim has contributed to the success of 5W all while proving to be a trusted resource within the agency. Her unique experience and growth within the firm gives her the special perspective to be a career "matchmaker" for roles in the PR, Digital & Marketing space.
Kim earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Pace University in NYC. She resides in Huntington, NY, with her husband, three children, and two French Bulldogs.
